Publication Divorce - Plaintiff does not know where spouse resides. Service by publication in county news organ. Includes complaint, Plaintiff affidavit, court filing, final divorce hearing. Sixty day waiting period.
Contempt - Plaintiff or Defendant. Violation of divorce decree terms; child support, alimony, visitation, etc. Includes complaint or answer, discovery if applicable, court filing, temporary hearing if applicable, and final hearing.
